ONE-TO-ONE Coaching

I will be fully supporting you in a number of ways

  • Through effective listening and powerful questioning, I will help you identify your goals.  I will then develop a bespoke strategy and break this down into manageable steps.

  • I’ll teach you to shift your mindset which will enable you to approach life in an entirely different and much more positive way.


  • We will work efficiently through all blocks and barriers which are preventing you from progressing to where you want to be.  These will include any fears, self-limiting beliefs or any negative thought patterns.  

  • I will provide a safe and supported environment to enable you to connect to your power and intuition. This will enable you to make the right choices based on your own inner wisdom.

  • I will identify any ‘blindspots’ you have and help you work through these.

  • I’ll set tasks and objectives and support you every step of the way so you can stay focused on achieving your goals.

  • I will provide tools and techniques for you to implement into your life so you can progress quickly to achieve your goals.

  • I will teach you how to master your thoughts and become more present in your everyday life.

  • In addition to the private coaching, you’ll have access to contact me in-between sessions if you require additional support.

Having worked for top investment banks such as Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley for over 14 years, I developed excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills and worked closely with, and advised some high-powered individuals, gaining the knowledge and skillset required to be successful in the corporate world. I fully understand how rewarding these careers are, however, I also understand how demanding and stressful working in such environments can be.  

Mental health and wellbeing is more important now than ever before.  Mental health is now the biggest contributor to absenteeism and the majority of employees feel that they are not able to communicate the real reason they have been unable to attend work to their employers.  New research has shown that last year alone, absenteeism cost the UK £14 billion. The pandemic has had a huge affect on mental health, from the direct effects of the virus, isolation, working from home, to returning to the office anxiety. It is essential that organisations have the right support in place to ensure the wellbeing of employees through this transition and beyond. 

Excellent leadership is the key to ensuring the right environment for employees to thrive.  Employees want to be inspired by courageous leaders and they want to feel supported and cared for especially during times of deep uncertainty. Whilst we are all individually accountable for our own mental health and wellbeing, organisations also have an obligation to create an environment where employees feel safe and connected.  High performing organisations are created when employees feel fulfilled and are fully engaged therefore performing at their highest level. 

An organisation’s most important asset is its employees and it benefits clients and shareholders when they thrive and work together to their fullest potential.

There are several ways in which I provide services in the corporate space.  All advice is bespoke and tailored to each organisation’s specific needs.

  • Consultancy: work directly with Senior Leaders, CEOs and HR departments to understand the current environment, employee health and wellbeing, creating and implementing a strategy to achieve the organisation’s goals.

  • Bespoke Training Programmes and Workshops: Developing Various Skillsets including Listening, Communication and Emotional Intelligence; Meditation; Team-Building; Preventing Burnout.

  • Leadership Coaching - as leaders progress within an organisation it is essential that you are constantly re-inventing and adapt quickly to the ever changing environment. I advise leaders on self-awareness, how to deal with pressure, identifying blindspots, decision making and provide clarity on the organisation’s mission and vision.
